Remove the tea lights from their packaging, Arrange the candles in the water. And you can cut flower blossoms, leaving about 1 inch of stem intact, and lay them in the water to float around the candles. 5. If you use only white tea lights, you can add food coloring to the water to match your table display. 6. Light the individual candles with the candle lighter.
